Hailsham Free Church

Pastor Dennis Narine
Dennis and his wife Sally joined the church in September 2007; they have 4 adult children and live in Ringmer. Dennis was an itinerant preacher for 7 years before his recent appointment. Prior to being called into the ministry, Dennis worked in the fashion industry, where he built up a business in fashion recruitment.

Having been called to Hailsham Free Church, Dennis’ vision for the church is to have Christ and His cross central in all teaching throughout the church’s ministry. One primary aspect of Dennis calling is the need for extensive Pastoral care in the church, which is being implemented through the leadership team. Dennis believes in the church's development of potential leaders of the future and is committed to identifying those whose gifting will enable them to step into leadership roles. Having worked for nearly 20 years with young people, Dennis has been working to invigorate the youth programme within the church.

Elders

Our elders are considered with the Pastor as the overseers of God's people: to encourage, nuture, teach and disciple in order that the fellowship may grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
